Equity mutual funds lost up to 6% last week. Here’s the breakup

HDFC Defence Fund HDFC Defence Fund, the only active fund based on the defence sector, lost around 5.72% in the last week. Taurus Infrastructure Fund Taurus Infrastructure Fund, an infrastructure sector based fund, lost 5.70% in the same period. Aditya Birla SL Banking & Financial Services Fund Aditya Birla SL Banking & Financial Services Fund, a sectoral fund, lost around 5.41% in the mentioned period. Two from ICICI Prudential Two funds - ICICI Pru PSU Equity Fund and ICICI Pru Commodities Fund - lost around 5.40% and 5.28% respectively in the last week.
