The Equipment and Automation segment includes equipment, spares, cutting products and agency items from Chinchwad plant. The Flares and Process Equipment Division segment provides services like design, manufacture, erection and commissioning, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of process packages, process equipment, flare system and components, and EPC contracts. The company was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
