The Oil and Vanaspati segment manufactures vanaspati, refined oils, expelling of oil from seeds, solvent extraction of oil from seeds, de-oiled cakes and basmati, and para boiled rice. The Distillery Unit segment includes the production and marketing operations of the liquor for human consumption. The Real Estate segment focuses on the construction of residential house. The company was founded on February 3, 1976 and is headquartered in Bathinda, India.
