The adviser seeks to invest in companies that display strong business models, competitive advantages, attractive valuations, and positive cash flow. If dividends dwindle, firm fundamentals deteriorate, or when more lucrative investment opportunities emerge, the funds securities may be sold. The primary goal of BGIG is to achieve a consistent and increasing dividend stream, market-risk mitigation and steady dividend income.
