KraneShares Trust KraneShares S&P Pan Asia Dividend Aristocrats Index ETF(AMEX:KDIV)

KDIV is a dividend-focused fund that limits its exposure to the Pan Asia region. It tracks an index comprised of selected high dividend-yielding constituents of the equity index universe, the S&P Pan Asia BMI Index. After meeting certain size, liquidity, and class criteria, securities are required to exhibit consistent increasing annual dividends for the last seven years with a one year constant dividend growth buffer to be eligible. All eligible securities are then included to form a portfolio of 40-100 constituents. If in cases the eligible securities exceeds the number required, stocks are ranked according to their indicated annual dividend yields with only the top 100 selected and weighted based on the same manner. In addition, the index is reconstituted yearly and rebalanced semi-annually to ensure no individual security has a weight greater than 5% and no single sector or country has more than 30% weight of the portfolio.
