UXOC employs a target outcome strategy that aims to accelerate returns on the price movement of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (Ticker: SPY) over a one-year period starting each October. The fund will look to participate in the upside rate of return of approximately 126% if the underlying ETF appreciates at the end of the target outcome period at a level above 102% of the price of the underlying ETF on the first day of the target outcome period.
