Weitz Core Plus Bond ETF(AMEX:WCPB)

WCPB seeks current income and capital preservation by investing in in debt securities and related derivative instruments. Investments may include government securities, structured products, corporate debt, loans and participation interests in loans or loan pools. The fund selects s based on price, coupon, yield, and credit quality. It also reviews the debt securitys terms (e.g., subordination, default, sinking fund, and redemption). While not required, the fund may use derivatives for hedging, return enhancement, and portfolio and cash flow management. The fund may invest in debt of any maturity but targets an average maturity under 10 years. The fund may invest up to 25% in high-yield bonds. In addition, the fund may also invest in common, preferred, and convertible stocks across various sectors. The actively managed ETF does not limit investments to US issuers or any currency. The fund may take temporary defensive positions and allocate cash/cash equivalents as needed.
