State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF(AMEX:XSD)

XSD has high percentage of pure-play semiconductor companies in its segment. The fund captures semiconductor companies, as defined by GICS, from the S&P Total Market Index which provides exposure to US companies of any capitalization. In the highly concentrated semiconductors segment, the funds equal-weighting scheme tilts its portfolio away from large, well-known companies and toward smaller growth ones. The index is rebalanced quarterly.
