JANB seeks to provide defined returns linked to the performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) over a one-year outcome period from January 1 to December 31. The fund is designed to match the share price gains of the underlying ETF up to a predetermined upside cap while aiming to buffer investors against the first 15% of losses, before fees and expenses. Its structured outcome strategy is implemented through exchange-traded FLEX Options, which sets the cap and buffer levels based on market conditions at the start of each outcome period.
