REX MSTR Growth & Income ETF(CBOE:MSII)

MSII offers weekly distributions and leveraged exposure to the daily price movements of MicroStrategy (MSTR). The fund targets a 105% to 150% daily notional exposure to MSTR, utilizing a combination of deep in-the-money and at-the-money call and put options, swaps, and MSTR shares. Positions are rebalanced daily to maintain target leverage based on technical signals and real-time market sentiment. The strategy employs a covered call approach, writing out-of-the-money calls to generate income, thereby capping potential gains. Due to daily compounding and rebalancing, performance may differ significantly from MSTR over periods longer than one day. Note that the funds use of leverage introduces increased volatility and risk. MSII does not provide direct ownership of MSTR shares and, therefore, does not have voting or dividend rights. Investments include US treasuries and money market funds as collateral.
