Nelson Select ETF(CBOE:NELS)

NELS seeks long-term capital appreciation by allocating assets across equity securities and ETFs representing various asset classes. The underlying ETFs offer exposure to equities, US fixed income securities, preferred stocks and investment grade corporate bonds, REITs, MLPs, agency and mortgage-backed securities, as well as equity and index options and index futures. The fund sets no restrictions regarding geographic location, market capitalization, or junk bond exposure. NELS targets allocations of 30100% equities, 030% fixed income, and 0100% cash or money market funds. In selecting investments, the fund uses rules-based, quantitative systems combined with discretionary analysis to measure market risk. As an actively managed fund, NELS has full discretion to adjust its portfolio at any time, including overruling the quantitative process. The fund may also utilize options strategies such as covered calls, call/put spreads, and cash-secured naked puts.
