Cambria US EW ETF(CBOE:USEW)

USEW aims for capital appreciation by investing in large-cap US companies. The fund selects over 250 companies from among the largest publicly traded US firms, considering factors such as market capitalization, liquidity, and tradability. The fund may invest in equity securities, including common stocks, depositary receipts, REITs, and other ETFs with similar characteristics. Underlying ETFs may be selected for their ability to represent particular industries, sectors, factors, or strategies that help the fund achieve broad US equity exposure. The portfolio is rebalanced at least annually but may be adjusted more frequently at the sub-advisers discretion. As an actively managed ETF, the fund manager has full discretion to adjust the portfolio at any time.
