Roundhill S&P 500 No Dividend Target ETF(CBOE:XDIV)

XDIV is an actively managed fund of funds investing in S&P 500 ETFs. The fund Adviser aims to manage the fund in a way that it does not pay dividends or distribute any income (including income or capital gains distributions) to shareholders each year. This may result in greater after-tax returns by minimizing distributions. To implement this, the Adviser seeks to remove S&P 500 ETFs from its holdings by market close on the day before its ex-dividend date. The funds selection universe could include the following ETFs: iShares Core S&P 500 ETF, SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF, SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, and Vanguard S&P 500 ETF. Investors should note that the ETF selection universe may change over time, and the fund may hold just one S&P 500 ETF.
