ACEP aims for long-term capital growth and current income by investing in equity securities identified as high-quality, defined by strong balance sheets, reasonable earnings growth, and above-average dividend yields with the potential for dividend growth. The fund can also invest in ETFs with similar exposure. From a starting universe of 1,000 of the largest US-listed securities, the fund selects companies and sectors that align with the sub-advisers macro-outlook, while avoiding those perceived as facing the greatest headwinds. The fund targets stocks with above-average dividend yields. Using fundamental research, the fund assesses both enterprise value and expected growth value, and also employs a screening process that applies value, growth, and soft screens. Sector weightings are driven by the sub-advisers outlook, which may vary over time. As an actively managed ETF, the fund manager has full discretion to adjust the portfolio at any time.
