DYNI invests in equity ETFs from around the world, focused on technologies with emerging, innovative, and disruptive themes. The underlying funds are perceived to represent a large addressable market demand that can potentially be a growth investment opportunity. The fund identifies a qualified universe of about 10-20 theme-based ETFs through fundamentals and thematic suitability, which include themes such as innovation, AI, blockchain, or robotics. The adviser uses a rules-based, quantitative process to allocate funds among investment themes. The qualified universe is evaluated and rebalanced weekly, according to momentum and volatility. The fund selects 3-5 ETFs with the strongest scores. Holdings are weighted inversely to their volatility, in which funds with lower volatility are allocated higher weights. Weighting may be adjusted in response to market conditions. As an actively managed fund-of-funds, the portfolio manager has full discretion to adjust the portfolio at any time.
