ETHI aims for a daily target leveraged return of roughly 200% of Ether-related ETPs through swaps and options. The fund may invest in Ether-related ETPs only if it does not directly hold Ether or if it utilizes derivatives. Returns may deviate from the expected 200% if held for longer than a single day due to factors such as volatility and compounding effects. ETHI focuses its income strategy through writing or selling credit call spreads on the Ether-related ETPs. Ether is a digital asset maintained on the Ethereum Network, a decentralized, open-source, peer-to-peer computer network. ETHI does not invest directly in Ether and does not seek to provide exposure to its spot price. As collateral for its derivative investments, ETHI holds short-term fixed income instruments and US Treasurys. The fund anticipates monthly cash distributions for a structured approach to income generation while maintaining a focus on the performance of Ether-linked investments.
