Goldman Sachs Enhanced U.S. Equity ETF(NASDAQ:GUSE)

GUSE is actively managed, investing in equity securities of US companies but may invest up to 20% in foreign and emerging market securities. Companies may be of any market capitalization, including privately held and newly listed companies. The portfolio managers select investments considered to be positioned for long-term growth using both fundamental research and quantitative analysis. Factors such as business quality, growth prospects, management strength, valuation, profitability, volatility, and ESG are taken into consideration. The fund may also invest up to 10% in fixed income instruments. Sell decisions are based on outlook, valuation, risk management, or poor capital allocation. The ETF launched from a mutual fund conversion with $360 million in assets.
