GraniteShares YieldBoost TopYielders ETF(NASDAQ:YBTY)

YBTY seeks to pay weekly distributions by investing in 515 of the highest-yielding affiliated YieldBOOST ETFs. Fund selection is based on volatility, upcoming events, liquidity, and sector exposure. Each underlying fund sells put options on 2x leveraged ETFs that track individual stocks, aiming to capture elevated option premiums driven by higher implied volatility. The strategy caps potential gains to the option premiums collected while exposing the fund to losses if the underlying ETFs decline in value, with only limited downside protection. The underlying funds do not directly invest in stocks. Therefore, investors in both YBTY and the underlying funds are not entitled to dividends from the underlying securities. Although the Fund intends to be fully invested in YieldBOOST ETFs, it may also hold the same derivatives directly for tax purposes, as used by the underlying ETFs. The portfolio is equal-weighted and rebalanced monthly.
