EVOLVE FUNDS GROUP INC. HIGH INTEREST SAVINGS ACCOUNT FUND(OTC:HISVF)

The fund fund aims to provide monthly income and preservation of capital and liquidity by holding ultra-short securities. It will primarily invest in high interest deposit accounts with one or more Canadian chartered banks, credit unions or trust companies. The fund may also invest in other highly liquid securities like high-quality, short-term debt securities (with maturities of 365 days or less) with a designated rating, including treasury bills and promissory notes issued or guaranteed by Canadian governments or their agencies, and bankers acceptances.
